Artifact Mounting

HofK has recently completed the museum cases for the New Lincoln Museum located in the Town of Lincoln. We were contracted to produce all of the mounts for the museum's artifacts as well as the case graphics and a portion of the actual cases themselves.; It was a great project.

We reviewed all of the artifacts with the museum's curator and produced drawings, dimensioning and mockups of the various support systems in preparation for fabrication and final mounting. The mounts varied from simple pin applications to complex metal armatures all fabricated on site.

Artifacts, when displayed properly, can convey a unique slice of history and can give the visitor a much better understanding of 'times gone by'.

So glad we were a part of this new and exciting museum.
